Knockout Fitness offers several programs to assist you in meeting your fitness goals. You can train individually, in a group class or by yourself during open gym. All of our programs will help you learn the basic in boxing fundamentals while enhancing your coordination, mechanics, speed and endurance. We work to bring out the very best in all of our students—men, women and children, regardless of age, size or ability.



Individual Boxing and/or Kickboxing Training:

This personal one hour training session is scheduled by appointment. Your trainer will guide you through a complete total body boxing workout. You will learn basic boxing technique including footwork and conditioning. In the ring pad work will with practice teach you how to slip punches and effectively counter punch. For those of you wanting to spar, individual training will work you up to that level.

Rates: Single Session $50.00
  5 Sessions $225.00 ($45.00 per hour)
  10 Sessions $400.00 ($40.00 per hour)
  20 Sessions $700.00 ($35.00 per hour)
